Information you provide and technical processing

When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, organization, conversation type, and message. To deliver and protect the website, its hosting and security providers automatically process limited request information, such as an IP address, request headers, and request time. I do not receive or store raw IP addresses or detailed browser information in the website's analytics database.

How information is used

Contact information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, determine whether a proposed conversation is relevant, maintain necessary correspondence, and protect the website from spam, misuse, or security threats. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising or unsolicited marketing.

Service providers

Contact-form messages are transmitted using an email delivery provider and received in a Google Workspace mailbox. Website hosting and security providers may process technical request data as necessary to deliver and protect the website. These providers process data under their own contractual and security obligations.

Retention and protection

Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate professional records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect the website. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, referrers, devices, countries, and performance. It does not use analytics cookies, local storage, fingerprinting, advertising trackers, or persistent visitor identifiers.

A separate first-party aggregate records the page path, calendar day, country code, and approximate state or region supplied by the hosting network. Counts are combined before storage. No IP address, city, postal code, precise location, or user-agent string is stored in this analytics table. These private aggregates are used only to understand readership and improve the website.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Use the contact form and identify your request clearly. You may also choose not to submit the form and instead connect through the professional profile linked on the Contact page.
