Ramanan Hariharan is a Principal Engineering Leader at Microsoft working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, identity, security, and resilient systems.
He leads teams responsible for securing and governing digital environments at enterprise scale, with a focus on authentication, authorization, machine and workload identity, Zero Trust, cyber resilience, and the emerging challenges created by autonomous agents. Across more than a decade in engineering and technology leadership, Ramanan has built and led identity, security, and resilience platforms across global organizations, including highly regulated environments.
